Disliked: AC very noisy refrigerator froze our food room small no table and only chair was a desk chair Would not stay here again

Disliked: The staff at the front desk charged our credit card even though it had already been paid through Booking.com and then refused to clear the charge. It was clearly their responsibility to clear up but claimed they couldn’t reach Booking.com and said it was our problem. They also charged us $50 deposit for our pet instead of the advertised fee of $30. They then told us to leave their property and called other motels in the area and blacklisted us from staying in other motels. The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional and refused to allow us to talk to the manager.

Fair enough for one night.

Disliked: Pool was filthy and seriously needed pool service. Not heated and spa was very dirty and did not operate and looked in very poor condition.

No big deal because just...

Liked: Was right in downtown near to everywhere
Disliked: In general no too clean but ok for one night

Disliked: Pool wasn’t working. I booked through Booking.com. I will never use booking.com again!

Liked: The staff was unbelievably amazing in every way. I lost my ring while I was there and they found it and mailed it back to me. They were absolutely incredible and I would definitely stay there just because of them.

Liked: It did what we wanted it to do. A stop over on a long journey.
Disliked: Mix up with room keys and lovely people for Norway coming into our room while we were in bed.
