WORST EVER!!

Liked: nothing!!
Disliked: We arrived @ 9:00 p.m. for a room that was booked a couple months ahead and was paid for, only to be told that they did not have a room available. This late at night we had to go find a room at another hotel. We travel a lot and this has NEVER happened.... This is not how you treat customers. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

Liked: good breakfast for a motel, included hot eggs and sausage. pool was open early April, but inadequately heated

Liked: My family and I spent one night at the hotel as a stopover on a longer trip. The room we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and the service was good.

Disliked: The only reason we booked there was because of the jacuzzi (we paid $100 dollars more a night) and it didn’t work. Still haven’t received any type of compensation
