Excellent value

Liked: The facilities are immaculate and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room had all the desired amenities. The location is good with easy access to Pittsfield downtown and Lenox. The included breakfast offered an array of choices. I look forward to our next stay.
Disliked: I have no complaints. Our stay was lovely.

Liked: The room we had on the first night was a bit noisy since it was on the first floor, by the road/parking lot. The following morning we requested a room at a higher floor. Sarah, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and professional and fullfilled our request. We loved our new room at the top floor. We also enjoyed very much having our daily breakfast outdoors. Overall, a good value for the price.
Disliked: A bit far from Route 7. No many places to eat near by.
