Not expecting roaches!!!!!

Liked: After driving for 10 hours from Indiana to Benton, AR, I was exhausted. When I got up in the night to get something in the restroom, a roachcrawled across the counter!!!! I could not go back to sleep for fear ofanother bug crawling around!!!!! In all my travels with Booking.comI have never encountered bugs before. On my trip back to Indiana, II will NOT stay at BEST WESTERN again.

Liked: Crickets in the room, pubic hair in bathroom, damp and chewy temperature, housekeeping banging in my door at 8am, congregating of house carts outside my door, hired gardeners hanging around inside the pool area for hours.

Great Place!

Liked: The rooms and set up of the property were nice and clean. The receptionist was super nice and made accommodations to move our family closer to the pool and on the bottom.
