Liked: The women at check in counter was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the room was very clean. Location is perfect and the breakfast is exceptional. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable. This is the place I alway stay when I come to town because it is affordable very clean and the staff is always pleasant and location is the best.
Disliked: Does not apply to me because I was very pleased with everything.

Liked: The bed.
Disliked: The room map showed room 129 to the right of another line of rooms but 129 was on the second floor with no signage to show where 129 was. The room map showed what looked like a stairway to 129 but that stairway went elsewhere in the hotel. You 're supposed to have 100 series rooms on the ground floor and 200 series rooms on the second floor. Have NEVER seen this at ANY hotel I have ever stayed at. Very confusing. When I got to my room, the TV was on a dresser set 6 feet back from the corner of the bathroom which was too far from the bed and if left there, someone on the other side of the bed would only see half of the TV. I had to pull it away from the wall to view it. There was a crack in the bathtub wall that needed sealing. The shower head had no center stream which means I had to bob and weave to lather and rinse off. I tried to call the front desk on my cell phone 3 times because I lost the paper that had the Wi-Fi password AND the in-room phone had no wire from the phone to the wall. It was cut off from the wall. The calls went to voicemail. I eventually found the paper. AND when I got home and cleaned up, I found the soles of my white socks were dark brown meaning how unclean the floor of the room was. All of this for $141??!! BTW,

Disliked: The bedding wasn’t clean. Something bit me and left trailing bite marks. Possibly bed bugs. I asked the staff to clean the room but they didn’t do so.

Liked: Great guy at the check in very efficient,
Disliked: Room was very hot, couldn’t get the windows open.

Disliked: very noisy, room smelled like smoke, asked for towels and received none and waited all day, sketchy looking people on the premises making us uncomfortable, requested refund

Disliked: Only problem was that each day they deactivated our room keys.It was inconvenient to have to go to the desk daily. Arms were full of stuff and it was very cold out
