Decent but not great.

Liked: Property was close to the family party we were attending.
Disliked: Price for the room was exorbitantly high for the room we received. We didn’t even have a parking space when we arrived for our 2nd night stay. Not sure why the rates for Bennington were so high.

Disliked: The hotel was undergoing a limited redesign, the new room design males use of a bed with a sheet metal base frame. This frame is very loud and annoying when you roll in or get up from the bed. Feels like you are sleeping in a tin.

Not great but not the...

Liked: This was mostly near large shopping stores like Walmart. You could drive to some and downtown was only a few minutes of a drive. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: I think we managed to get a renovated room which was relieving since I saw a lot of bad reviews of this place. Our room was clean where it mattered (my kids noticed the floor under the beds were a bit dirty) and all the towels and bedding were spotless (we thoroughly checked). However, the pull-out couch was broken. It leaned slightly down when sitting on it and the pull-out part wouldn’t pullout at all. Out of the two beds, mine squeaked a fair amount when I moved on it. We also didn’t have a parking spot in front of our room because of a very large dumpster parked across the 3 spots. So the view out of the window was of a dumpster. That wasn’t a deal breaker and obviously will be removed when done renovating but was a bit inconvenient. Overall it was as bad as some people have said and at least I still being renovated.

Disliked: Keycard only works 24hrs. We stayed for 3 nights and we keep going back and forth to the front desk to have it activate d. So annoying. Room options in booking doesn’t say smoking room or non-smoking.

Awful & not worth $205.00/night.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Window blind covering bathroom window was broken and missing a few panels exposing anyone in the bathroom to anyone walking by outside. I had to use a towel to cover the window. Bed was so hard and could feel springs coming through. Top slide door lock was coming off and screws were stripped. We could not screw them back in for our safety. Had to put the desk chair under the door handle for extra security. Mold on shower floor. It was so disgusting.
