Good hotel, nice staff

Liked: The location was good , near restaurants and commercial center and 40 minutes drive to sandbanks parkThe staff was amazing especially Abbie, exceptional customer service. Laundry onsite 24h/24Good internet speedDecent pool and jacuzzi areaFridge and microwave in the roomBBQ area available with tables and chairsDecent breakfast with a weekly menu
Disliked: The area for breakfast is small and cannot accomodate everyoneThere was only one person working to refill for breakfast (omelette, juice, milk, etc.) So it was difficult to get a choice on breakfast simce everything goes so fast (the lady who was working was very nice and professional)We put the flyer on the room at 11am asking to make up the room, when back at 7:30pm, the room was not done. I had to change the towels, take out the trash and do beds myself. When i said this to the lady at the frontdesk she said 11am is late.Using internet is at your own risk as per the hotel policy, i was worried about wifi security measures

Disliked: Our room was dirty. Had to clean water marks from a glass off the coffee table. Floors made white socks brown!
