Nice hotel but Hot Tub...

Liked: The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Very much annoyed we had called the night before to make sure the hotel had a hot tub and when we got there the next day as we booked the room same day - it was NOT working! And apparently hadnt been for a few days is what we were told ..so lied to over the phone. The only reason why we chose this hotel was for the hot tub or we would have stayed at a cheaper hotel!And the beds were small for 2 chubby people to sleep in together

Liked: The room was super clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was the best part for me! Loved how the tv was right in view from the hot tub, and the tub was small but very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: The breakfast was okay! I wish we had woken up earlier to catch some of the better stuff!

Liked: I was favourably impressed with the cleaning protocols and COVID precautions taken. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of room to safely distance from each other. We liked the room, and the large window admitted a lot of light during the day.The staff were friendly and efficient; a missing shower curtain was promptly dealt with. There are riverside hiking/biking trails nearby, as well as restaurants and fast food places within easy walking distance, too, so the location was great.
Disliked: The queen sized bed in our room seemed to be re-living the Great Depression, as it really sagged towards the middle. Three nights spent on that mattress considerably aggravated an already sore back.
