Clean and conveniently located near...

Liked: Located within a short drive (usually less than 15min at most) from everything you could really want to do in Grand Haven. Room was clean, especially the bathroom/shower which is a non-negotiable for me. King suite was very spacious. Complementary breakfast was average, but did have a variety of options. Smooth check in/out. Free wifi with no issues. Pool area with designated hours for adults 21+.
Disliked: There were two people staying in the room for 4 days, and we were provided one towel, 4 hand towels, and 2 washcloths at check in. We were able to get more, but staff did seem a little bothered that we even asked. The staff were polite, but it felt forced and disingenuous. Nothing to get worked up over but noticeable. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were worse. TVs chromecast is a fake connection, so you really can’t stream anything without a physical connection to the TV (like HDMI, etc.) Which this is not a deal breaker, but I do like to watch my Netflix before bed - bummer.

Liked: Close to many restaurants and entertainment.
Disliked: The tub drain was not working as well as it should. The patio door could not be opened.Sunday morning breakfast was very crowded.

Liked: I like the Jacuzzi tub.
Disliked: I didn't like that. I had to clean it because there were pubes in it, and I had to buy supplies to clean it. I would. I definitely like some type of a refund. I paid that kind of money I would of like a clean room.
