I really enjoyed staying here...

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring the historic district of downtown St. Augustine. The clearly "vintage" motel has modern, up-to-date furnishings and bathroom. The mini fridge and the microwave were a nice surprise, even though we didn't use them.
Disliked: The room is a little tight for two queen beds. This is probably due to the age of the building. All the same, it was adequate space for two people. The tiny coffee maker worked, but I suspect the beverage packages were out of date--the coffee "creamer" powder didn't dissolve as expected. That's a clue they're not regularly changed.

Liked: Center of all attraction.
Disliked: Second floor noise. Floors needs to be insulated. Hear people walking very loud.
