I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: I liked the breakfast and the front desk was very kind and the check in process was quick.
Disliked: There was a dead caterpillar in the pool water and fuzzies you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned. The room wasn’t vacuumed, and there was a weird smell in the room. The bedroom pillows were small and flat like they haven’t been replaced in years.

Liked: The Breakfast was great, and the hotel was about ten minutes from Circus World Museum.

Liked: Our rooms were close together.
Disliked: The room reeked of cigarettes, the staff was not helpful, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we left a night early. Terrible property!

Disliked: It does need to be updated

Would not stay here again

Liked: Location was great. It was centralized to almost everything we did while staying in Baraboo
Disliked: We left to sight see on Saturday and came back to our door propped open with a towel. Didn’t think anything of it because we had asked for the room to be cleaned and figured they just needed more time to finish. Left for another 45 min came back and the door was still propped open with the towel and not a single person was in the room. To say we were irate that the door was left open for who knows how long with our property unsecured is an understatement. When brought to the front desk personnel with our concerns, no apologies were made at all, just excuses

Disappointing

Liked: Close to a lot of attractions.
Disliked: The breakfast had expired yogurt in the fridge. The blankets were very scratchy. The pool did not have towels and the dirty ones were overflowing the basket. The pool/hot tub had our eyes burning from the chlorine (sitting pool side and not even in it.) When we asked for a new blanket, we were handed a rolled up blanket from what looked like the manager. We mentioned it was still scratchy and as she was walking down the hall she yelled "They are all the same." She did not make the stay welcoming and will be the reason we do not return to that hotel.
