Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I am already planning on staying here again next time I plan a trip to NYC area. Conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the LIRR. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Liked: Front desk friendly and helpful, room very clean, and parking was very good. Breakfast buffet was better than most.
Disliked: There was really nothing lacking.

Liked: My mom and I were traveling for funeral services. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Easy to sleep as it was quiet at night. Location was excellent and hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Had a good breakfast.
Disliked: The beds were very high and it was difficult for my mom. I had to help her get in and out of the bed. Double step getting into room and bit of a step getting into bathroom. I should have asked for a handicapped accessible room. Pool was nice but water was cold.

Liked: Eggs were ok, except when scrambled (very salty and watery) sausage patties salty but ok. But generally breakfast had other good options (waffles, cereal, bagels, cakes, good juices, great coffee. TV in room really nice.
Disliked: Door to room very loose. Room 208. But room comfy.

Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. The iron was broken, but it was changed when we informed the reception.
