Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I am already planning on staying here again next time I plan a trip to NYC area. Conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the LIRR. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Liked: Eggs were ok, except when scrambled (very salty and watery) sausage patties salty but ok. But generally breakfast had other good options (waffles, cereal, bagels, cakes, good juices, great coffee. TV in room really nice.
Disliked: Door to room very loose. Room 208. But room comfy.

Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. The iron was broken, but it was changed when we informed the reception.

Disliked: On the morning of checkout, someone was able to use their keycard to open our door! Luckily the door safety lock was on and they couldn’t walk in (we were getting dressed to leave). I mentioned this to the front desk and they were perplexed. While the motel was descent for the money spent, that was a really concerning situation!!

Liked: Katie, at the chech-in desk, was really great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and she addressed them graciously. A definite asset to your hotel.
Disliked: I couldn't close the left side of the curtain on the window. I mention it to the person on the desk (not Katie) on 4/8 when I left around 3:45 p.m. Upon my return @ 7:30 p.m. it was not fixed.
