Everyone on staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay there again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. I am already planning on staying here again next time I plan a trip to NYC area. Conveniently located close to restaurants shops and the LIRR. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Disliked: We had reserved a King Suite w/sofa bad. When we arrived, we were told it was not available and they gave us 2 queens. Then I had to argue about refunding the difference in cost - they did not want to do the because we used Booking.com. Once in the room, the TV box was not working; the attendant came and showed us it had fallen behind the TV and we had to lean over the TV to make it work. All too much after we traveled 200 miles and spent the day at a funeral.

Disliked: Everything was beat up. Breakfast was virtually gone by the time we got there at nine in the morning. The room was not clean. The floors were dirty. There was hair all over our white sheets and blankets. The room looked very beat up. People were smoking drugs outside of our room and filled our room up with marijuana smoke.
