Disliked: we booked to use the pool, but before booking it was advertised that the pool closes early, otherwise we would have booked closer to where we needed to be.

Disliked: Management never sorted the complaints to the best of the abilities. Never felt as if I was a valued member of the hotel. Says I never had a booking up until I said have as I’ve paid for it. My room was given to someone else and I got a poor 1 in place where I could not get a decent night sleep as 3 other rooms were loud in the early hours.
