Liked: Breakfast and location was great. However, staff was rude and the room wasn’t very clean.
Disliked: Staff was rude. The room wasn’t very clean. Also no ice machine on my floor and only one elevator working. The walls are in no way sound proof. I could hear the people in the room next to me and their entire conversation. This adding to my construction and dumpster view with my ocean view room.

Never Never Never again !!!!...

Liked: Didn’t get a chance to like anything my opportunity was taken from me and my money was too. If u have a late check don’t book this place I paid for the first night and still my room was sold to someone else even when I paid for the first night and I called ahead and explained that I was arriving late to get there and I have no ocean from room I had already paid for the first day…
Disliked: The staff and customer service were definitely not trying to help and left me stranded with no room traveling from another state I felt helpless when I spent my hard earned money to be taken for it with no were else to stay the front desk lady thought it was funny that I arrived with no where to stay and still haven’t got my money back. They had no parking and she told me I would have to walk 4 blocks to park my rental car aswell

Liked: nothing , false photos , rude staff ,smell dirty rooms water leaking from air on unit into rooms causing carpet to be wet items stolen by cleanings staff
Disliked: every thing , rooms smell of mould , pool is like a run done kidney bean , staff extremely rude and unhelpful we asked for bowls to give our kids cereal they refused us , items stolen do not be fooled by photos , it’s nothing like this reception lures you into a failed Sence of security

Liked: Closeness to the beach.
Disliked: Hotel staff were undertrained and were not customer friendly. Hotel were in the processing of changing locks and did not inform guests or provide key so guest can enter back into hotel from pool or beach. Housekeeping would not replace used supplies.
