Liked: Its too much to list. For starters the room was not clean, Mattress was hard, the breakfast attendant didn't start preparing breakfast on time because she decided to start doing trash first and the manager had to step in. There was no juice because he didn't know how to fix the machine. Only 1 small microwave was available for the entire hotel with 1,000 rooms and it was close to the lobby. Only 1 ice machine was available for this motel with 5 floors. I will not be coming back unless it is free for me and I feel like I deserve a refund 100%.

Very poor
Liked: Fast check in process.
Disliked: Nasty facility, dirty bathroom, dirty floor, lobby stinks, bathtub had hair still, floor had big red stains in it, and TV didn't work whatsoever. Very bad experience having to watch over my back to stay extra clean

Disliked: The rooms was old and raggedy no hot water in our rooms and housekeeper was rude when we had do go downstairs and ask for towels and pool was all covered up no good views to even take pictures and the pictures on the internet the room didn’t look nothing of it was very deceiving

HOTEL WITH NO HOT WATER
Liked: Only plus to this is it was priced reasonably. I rather be comfortable and safe any day.
Disliked: Terrible experience. Lobby appeared clean and smelled ok. Elevator small and only had one. Places looked like it was renovated from apartments into a hotel. Hallways smelled musty and like weed. Rooms had a stinch to it. Not only to take a shower and the water and sink did not even feel like warm. Called to front desk to be told to turn the sink and tub on at the same time and that should heat it up. WTF. Was told we could leave or be given 15% off and they just out in a new furnace. Then why NO HOT WATER. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe so my family and checked out
