Best Western at Ventura Pier

Good room for the price. Happy, friendly customer service. Will stay there again when in the area.

Liked: The girls in the dining room kicked ass. Pay them more!
Disliked: Just the renovation noise.

Very nice room. Breakfast was yummy! Enjoyed our stay and will come again. Especially loved the separate make-up area apart from the bathroom.

Liked: I loved the hospitality of the person at the front desk. He was super kind, nice, and welcoming. He made me feel like I was treated with respect. I loved that it was pet friendly.
Disliked: I would of liked to be able to have our dogs eat breakfast with us as a family in the outdoor patio, but the morning person at the front desk did not allow this.
