Liked: Staff is very friendly and clear in communication. Location is very convenient, easy to go around in the city, yet not the most crowded neighbourhood. Rooms are decent and comfortable.
Disliked: Facilities are a bit run down. The safe in the room didn't work so I had to carry my passport and valuables everywhere around Paris - not for the faint of heart. Hair dryer died on us after a minute of working (thankfully, ample towels to compansate). Also the TV remote had a minor problem.I asked all these three problems to be fixed. Kindly enough, they said they will forward my request to the technician but sadly that didn't happen. I didn't hear back from them again.Bottom line is, I suggest controlling the facilities when you first check in. Later, you may only be helping the next customer.

Exceptional

Liked: It was clean. The bathroom was new and very clean.The receptionists were kind and very helpful.The breakfast was good.The location was excellent.
Disliked: I suppose it is normal in Paris. The room is small and the price is expensive. I expected a free bottle of mineral water, a disposable shower cap, and a hair conditioner. Again, I suppose that it's normal for a three star hotel in Paris.

Liked: The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: The shower was so complicated to use that I ended up using the bath. The staff that was on that night didn’t know how to use it either and asked me to wait for the morning to speak to someone.

Reasonably priced and friendly comfortable...

Disliked: Fellow guests in other rooms playing TV and speaking very loudly at 2-3 am !!!

Disappointing

Disliked: We have spent 3 days at the hotel, I’m not sure where they have all these positive comments from because our experience was pretty bad. First thing is the parking, you get the information that the parking is in the garage, however the garage doesn’t belong to them, you have to pay 33 euro for every day. Another thing was the view, for us it didn’t matter cause most of the time we were out of the hotel, however there are people who will probably want to have a view like on the photo and the actual view is actually an outside staircase with the view on someone else’s window. The last thing is the breakfast, not only there are not many options but also the food was definitely not fresh, the ham was sticky and I have no idea how old the orange juice was but it didn’t smell well. I wound not recommend this hotel.
