Overall, it was a nice...
Liked: The rooms were clean but a lot of flies! Breakfast was good! Over all I would stay again
Disliked: Not enough towels in our room! I was disappointed that the pool wasn't opened a little later, at least until 10:00 pm

Clean and would stay again.
Liked: Gloria was super kind.
Disliked: No towels pre-loaded in the pool area. There were groups of people in the parking lot area passed 3:00 a.m that were very loud.

You guys need security in...
Liked: Front desk ladies were really nice and helpful
Disliked: The first night was really nice. The second was extremely noisy. I understand wet n wild had an event and there was chaos all over. But some guests were out of their rooms in the parking lot and upstairs making extreme noise at two/three in the morning. I wish you guys had some type of security that would have checked on the situation .

Good location for Carlsbad Caverns!
Liked: Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to Carlsbad National Park. Very good restaurant - Mariacos El Buchon - just north of hotel - delicious!!

Under the circumstance, BW Anthony...
Liked: We liked the staff. They were friendly and polite.
Disliked: The floor in the room was dirty. This was, however, not their fault as we drove into Anthony in a dust storm.
