Tired room

Liked: Staff excellent as always
Disliked: Stayed in room 15 a little tired looking Floor very uneven in the bathroom quite steep stairs to get to the room usually rooms have been excellent.

Exceptional

Liked: Annesley House Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are really helpful, friendly and considerate. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was really good. We had a fantastic stay.

A comfortable and friendly hotel...

Liked: The room, food and friendly staff. We have stayed in supposed "posher" hotels worldwide and yours is right up for all-around enjoyment of stay.
Disliked: The steak, at dinner was slightly overcooked if being hyper critical, was supposed to be pink but came out medium but we still ate it and was nice.

Excellent location beautiful room and...

Liked: Location was excellent staff were lovely Breakfast was fine but I do prefer a buffet style but that is just a personal thing. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the garden area. Would definitely recommend it.

Good location for a short...

Liked: The welcome was friendly and little touches such as umbrellas for guests were very welcome as we had a lot of rain on our touring holiday. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with storage space for clothes.
Disliked: The steep narrow and winding staircase up to our room! Tricky as although we were only staying two nights, it was part of a tour so we had two big suitcases. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low at some points.
