Hotel Description
Consisting of 3 Grade II listed Georgian buildings the hotel is located in a pretty tree lined conservation area only a short stroll from the city center. Opened as a private hotel in the 1930's by Mr WD Gibbs the hotel has been owned and operated by the present owners David and Jill Reynolds for the past 31 years over which time it has been continually upgraded and now provides a high level of comfort with every effort being made to make you feel relaxed and at home. Standing in 3 acres of landscaped gardens with ample car parking the hotel remains a quiet retreat from the bustle of the 'Fine City' of Norwich. A warm and friendly welcome always awaits you.

Relaxing and comfortable

Liked: When we come to Norwich we always book here. The hotel is in a great location, breakfast is always lovely and the staff are always welcoming.
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay longer

Great location, comfortable, clean room,...

Liked: Proximity to town centre and available parking
Disliked: The pro was also a con - proximity to the town meant late night traffic noise

Nice for a short stay.

Liked: 10 minute walk into City centre shops & food places. Staff lovely. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a little stuffy during the hot May weather, opened window, but it was a little noisy being on the main road.
