Best Western Annesley House Hotel

It was a comfortable hotel.

Liked: The location was handy with good parking space. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the parking rather than it being included in the room price.

Liked: Loveliest welcoming and friendly staff. Peaceful. Sparkling clean. Good breakfast. Good amenities. Best location for my needs. A minor item: The room was rather warm in the height of summer - and very glad of the good fan provided! Already planning for a return visit :)

Liked: More toast to accompany the breakfast would have been good. We liked the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and airiness of the hotel and being so close to the centre of Norwich. We liked having a bath on our room.
Disliked: It was very expensive for us.

Perfect for overnight stay and...

Liked: Location perfect for our purposes. Easy buses to city centre. Lovely large, comfortable room. Spa bath, fridge (thank you!). Friendly, informative staff. Great breakfast overlooking attractive garden.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely stay

Liked: Very welcoming and friendly on arrival approx 10 min walk into Norwich, room was clean and bed was comfortable, nice toiletries provided. Hotel is set in lovely gardens where you can sit out and enjoy a drink, at breakfast there was good choice of continental and Full English.
Disliked: The only negatives are air con would’ve been nice but fans are provided and the £5 charge for parking - just build this into the price of the room then people won’t complain as I see quite a few remarks on other reviews.

Liked: Fruit and Greek yoghurt followed by the Full English was very good but alas the freshly baked croissant was not worthy of the 20 minute wait.Compliments to the chef for the well cooked tomatoes with the Full English.
