Exactly like it should, with...

Liked: I locked myself outside (of course) and the staff helped me directly. They were all very caring and smiling.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs at the breakfast.There was no HDMI cable to plug your own computer (even at the reception)These are details, everything was nice :)

Liked: Brand new and clean rooms with wonderful bathroom. Friendly and eager to help personnel. Outstanding breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit cramped with a lack of space for a family of three people

Liked: The hotel was clean and quite fresh. Most of the staff were nice and profesional. The bartender made good drinks. The gym was clean and fresh.
Disliked: The double room was the smallest I have ever been in. We had to make room for each other to get through the room. The double bed was only 130 cm wide. We got a room facing the street even though we asked for a quiet room.One of the restaurant staff walked between the tables where people were eating and kept touching and pulling her very long untied hair over people's plates. The gym was very small and didn't have so many machines.
