Disliked: The curtain rod on the shower was broken which caused the shower curtain not to stay closed, so a lot of water would be on the floor after showering. Also, didnt like being on the first floor with the no patio. It was hard to dry towels after coming from pool but we made it work.

Liked: Convenient location, close to attractions. Lots of amenities and benefits. Other than the moldy grout in the shower, the hotel was very clean. Except for one front desk clerk, the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The front desk person at check-in at 9:30 pm on 8/14/25 was barely civil and never cracked a smile. She barked at another guest on the phone while processing my check-in. Maybe she was having a bad night. Regardless it was not a good first impression. The lamp shade and curtains were tattered and the desk chair was severely worn in my room. There was black mold in the grout in the shower. The sink drained very slowly. I would have like some fresh fruit for breakfast.

Liked: The staff was nice and very responsive. Requests for more toiletries or towels were met quickly. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection of hot and cold items. Rooms are standard, with comfortable beds. Pillows aren't great. Our room had a balcony, looking over the outdoor pool, which was nice. Free wristbands to Noah's Ark for each day of your day stay are a great perk.
Disliked: Indoor pool could use some improvement. There is not enough lighting, and it makes the area look a bit dreary. Water was cloudy. The hot tub was good, but there was a ton of debris on the bottom. The elevator is slow and often dirty or wet from people using the pool. Staying on the 2nd floor, you hear loud guests staying above you.
