Disliked: The phone in my room didn't work. a friend called and the office said I didn't answer the phone the a friend actually went into the office and they still said I wasn't answering my phone. I missed 2 events because of that. The mattress was too firm for my liking.

Liked: Excellent area for easy access to the main highway and close to old Jackson for restaurants and stores. Even though they provide a great breakfast each morning, there is also a Denny's right next door. The desk staff and breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Bathroom can be better maintained and if a bar holder can be placed next to the tub bath for easy access . Also handicap parking is very limited

Liked: It was clean friendly and there was a fire place the room was cozy and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite, very respectful and greeted you as soon as you came in the door, The facility was clean, even in the hallway and stairwells I will recommend staying here to my friends
