Best Western Alpine Hotel

Exceptional

Liked: I loved how clean the room was and the location to where we needed to go. The carpark was awsome being underground and secure. Our room was so lovely and warm on arrival.
Disliked: There was nothing I didnt like.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Messaged way ahead of time for a late checkin due to a late flight, request approved days prior. Arrived to the hotel and key card was not working. No staff insite to sort it out, had to wait a long time for someone to program the key properly and as a result had to miss reservations that I had arranged for the night.

Liked: Loved the comfy bed. Liked the location close to the woolworths and university and some restaurants.
Disliked: I could at times hear my neighbors, but it wasn’t that intrusive

Convenient, great beds, secure rooms

Liked: The lady on reception was lovely. I didn't see the housekeeping staff but they cleaned my shower and filled my coffee sachets .. so I'm happy

Great room and great location...

Liked: Nice and warm and toasty and great parking and location to shops in the area. And super quiet at night time always a plus.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good.
