Liked: Breakfast was disappointing. No OJ, eggs were dry and probably powdered.
Disliked: Had requestded a Handicapped room, but did not get, but noticed that the man that checked in right behine me, probably late 30's, drove to the handicapped room, but parked in non handicapped and went into the handicapped room. The room did have a mild odor of disinfectant.

Disappointing

Liked: Strange layout of room. Dated. Couldn’t work the tv.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast offerings fair. No instructions for waffle maker.
Disliked: The toilet took 30 minutes to fill the tank after flushing. Seems like someone should have noticed that and had it fixed before the room was booked.

Good Location, Good Breakfast

Liked: The location was perfect for me. My room was clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was a "heavy walker" in the room above mine, so I wasn't able to relax.

Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean. Ice buckets and bath were dirty.

Affordable option if visiting Great...

Liked: Affordable place not far from Great Sand Dunes National Park. Breakfast included had some different options.
Disliked: Nothing wrong with the property - just a simple hotel that had what you need if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two.
