Superb

Liked: Directly on the beach. Large and clean pool, there were plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and competent. There was a problem with the booking, the employee at check-in did everything to fix it and solved the problem very well and quickly. Welcome drink included was also great.The breakfast is not a buffet, but it's still delicious and you'll be full.
Disliked: From the outside, the hotel still looks very run-down and was probably not tackled during the renovation in 2024.

Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working so it took forever getting up to our rooms. The restaurant at the facility was dirty and the staff was inattentive. The “complementary” drinks made us very ill. Not worth the money.

Disliked: 1 no internet the hole time, cock roaches everywhere, one elevator broken the other one failing to work, hall way constant smell of cannabis. Even when walked into the room so much cannabis, dogs barking on 5th floor no pets allowed ? the front desk just replied about the internet not our problem called spectrum. the tv stopped working at times. the toilet seat was falling off and the shower water pressure was barley enough to take a shower.

Liked: I spend 568 dollars and we almost didn’t even get our freaking room. We also called like 2 weeks before and made sure we had the 2 rooms we paid for. And they confirmed like 5 times and said we had 2 rooms !!!!! We called several times to make sure and they said we do have the rooms and then we called one day before our trip to the hotel and they were saying we didn’t have any rooms. Bad bad and service. I won’t be coming back. I am definitely not recommending this place to others.

Liked: We loved the breakfast included in our room, everything was clean, great location, and the staff was super friendly!
Disliked: Wish there was more seating in the room, like maybe a love seat
