Liked: The room and walking distance to everything
Disliked: Check in at 4pm. Waited in line for an hour and even at 5pm, it was not ready.

Great location. Facility needs work...

Liked: It was right on the beach. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The place was dirty. The elevator didn't work. The ice machine did not work. Construction by the pool. Many little things broken, the sink in the pool bathroom. The bathroom door in our room would not close.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
Disliked: The room had a mildew odor We had to empty the dehumidifier at least twice dailyThe cleanliness of the room had much to be desiredThe tiki bar was non-existent.The restaurant staff was extremely slow and seemed to be annoyed when we walked in.
