Liked: Never book this property.I had made the reservation well in advance, and upon arrival, I found the place completely closed without any prior notice. As expected, I had to find alternative accommodation the same day, which resulted in a much higher cost.The most disappointing part was the complete lack of response from both Booking.com and the property. To this day, no one has taken responsibility for the issue, even though it was clearly not the customer's fault.A truly frustrating experience and terrible service. I expected much more support from Booking.com in such an obvious situation.

Disliked: Facility outside safety doors did not lock. Room only serviced once in 8 nights. Only one working elevator. Only one working ice machine on 5th floor. We were on 1st floor room 101…we could hear everyone walking through hallway and opening door. We paid for ocean front but our view was blocked by construction and shower. Constant flow of people walking from parking lot to beach stairs in front of our “balcony” most I believe were not staying at the facility. The room decor was nice and updated, however, that was the only thing remotely nice. We live in FL on the west coast and we travel to Daytona often. We decided to stay here instead of our normal place due to better location. We will not EVER stay again. I was at the front desk almost everyday requesting service for the next day and replenishing of supplies. This facility had a “requirement” that all rooms were to be serviced at minimum every two days, which I stated above, we only had occur ONCE after many request! We let everything ride for the first several days but after the 4th day we knew we would not be back. I was extremely disappointed!

Disliked: In general, it was very bad, there was no refrigerator, there was no hair dryer, I asked immediately upon arrival, cockroaches everywhere was dirty, I didn't like it very much, I don't recommend it

Disliked: We got there and they rushed us out of the building when we went to check-in , saying they had just been shut down. 1 of the people in there said we could try next door at Perry’s or go down the road but we had to leave the property.

Disliked: The hotel has a bad smell, not clean, especially the pool. The water is so dirty!! Never saw anyone clean itEverything is really outdated a lot of things are broken after 2 nights the Hotel got evacuated for a fire and the firedepartment said the hotel is not safe and we had to get a new hotelThey have a restaurant that we visited twice the first time it wasn't busy but we waited 1 hour for the food the second time i had a salat which was disgusting that lettuce was old brown and nasty!!Never again
