Best Western Airport

Very clean, that's the most important thing. Thin walls though.

I have stayed at this location several times. I must say that the rooms and grounds are always very clean. I recommend this property.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the A/C was great!
Disliked: Dark painted stairways.

Disliked: I have mobility issues and sent in a message with my reservation that I needed the first floor when we get there she tells me oh they're for the she can't give me a first floor and my husband not been with me I would have had to find another hotel !!! There was broken glass on the stairs that stayed there the entire stay never cleaned up until my husband told them when we checked out and left , we came back to my husband could start telework with all her stuff and our door was locked they had locked us out no explanation but sorry it was a mistake yeah the customer service is horrible the room was hot the entire time it had heat coming down from the ceiling for some reason with this being the Best Western I was shocked it did not exemplify that name nor the service the only thing about it that was the price

Liked: Staff was friendly and welcoming. The check in process was quick and smooth.
Disliked: the latch lock was missing on the door, the towels were very rough, and the carpet was humid and wet.

Disliked: The middle-aged lady with glasses at the front desk has no customer service manners whatsoever. With the way she interacts with customers the toilet seat was busted. I’ve almost fell in. There was a gap between the floor and the front door so you would have to put a towel down to block the hot air. The air conditioner was set at 66 and growling and not blowing cold air. The refrigerator didn’t work stains on the valances. The beds didn’t look like they had actually had the sheets changed and when I asked to change rooms, the lady snapped at me and said well this is the first time I’m hearing of it instead of apologizing for the inconvenience.

Comfortable

Liked: The location didn’t bother me even with the aircraft. I will say that I enjoyed the breakfast. It was basic but it was good.
Disliked: I’m not sure exactly what I didn’t like but I would improve the breakfast just a bit.
