Very clean, that's the most important thing. Thin walls though.

I have stayed at this location several times. I must say that the rooms and grounds are always very clean. I recommend this property.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the A/C was great!
Disliked: Dark painted stairways.

Comfortable room, hidden fees.

Liked: Easy to get to, accessible rooms.
Disliked: There is apparently a hidden non-refundable pet fee we were not told about online, at check in, or check out. We were only told after calling to ask what the extra charge was. There is a deposit, and we were told about that, but if I had known I was going to pay an extra $25 for the room, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Liked: The price was fair, not far from where i was and wasn’t hard to get there
Disliked: First arrived there. I had to park a long ways because you couldn’t hardly see the numbers on the doors ,odd numbers was on one side and even numbers on the other side, it was raining really hard so I didn’t wanna go back down the stairs to the car with the girls , so we just walked around to the other side . We had to go around a corner that was connected to the other side that had no lights whatsoever. It was almost black in that area! I am a lady with two small girls and we had to walk through it to get to the other side. We finally made it to the room. I walked in and I didn’t want to stay there. I felt it would be a headache because they wouldn’t want to refund me . I told myself it’s only for one night. The chairs were filthy and ripped , Both white bedspreads had stains on them the top sheet was torn. the refrigerator didn’t get cold just cool over night the water didn’t even get cold. The bottom of the commode looked dirty. The countertop where the sink was it looked clean, but I felt filthy in there. My girls didn’t enjoy it I didn’t want them touching anything. I was so concerned about bedbugs. I checked both beds I didn’t see any so I hope they didn’t have them. The lobby looked clean and nice. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was for free or any other best western!

Disliked: 3 of my workers got bitten by bedbugs and we had to leave the hotel before the day we were supposed to. We let the front desk know and showed them a bedbug but they did nothing to resolve the problem.

Liked: Could smell weed through the room not as clean as should have been.
