We were very impressed with our entire stay at the motel. The location was very good for us, the cleanliness of the lobby and pool area were very clean and attractive. Our room was extremely clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable with very attractive coverings. Would we choose this motel again? Definitely!

Liked: Breakfast was adequate.Room was excellent (might have been for handicapped). Additional door view port at belt height was delightful safety feature.Sheets were thin but adequate for season.Could not detect debris or hair on floor. Bathroom was large and spotless.Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Pool was broken and empty.Front door was broken and half working.Service machine near ice machine was broken.

Liked: Room was clean and bed very comfortable.Not a lot of selections for breakfast but it was what I needed so happy with it.
Disliked: After I booked on booking.com I called the hotel and requested a first floor room as they do not have an elevator and I am a senior with substantial arthritis. They had no record of my calling and tried to put me on the second floor. They need to keep better records of those calls for special requests.

Liked: The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was that the pool was cold since it just got refilled so we couldn’t swim but my grand baby still did, real trooper. The next day it was warmer but I still didn’t get in. The next day for some reason our room rate went up and it was a Thursday so wasn’t sure what was going on so we left, so never got to get in pool. But…. The place was clean and I did like the breakfast and staff, except for cleaning lady she was rude when my grand baby locked us out of room while my baby was inside. Asked her in Spanish if she could open door and she ran off saying she was getting key but didn’t and I had to walk to office to get key while baby was inside. But besides that great experience
Disliked: If pool was warm so I could have gotten in it but besides that it was the cleaning lady , she could have opened my door when my grand baby locked us out when I was getting more towels and my baby was still inside. Instead she got scared and ran off saying she would get key but didn’t come back and when I seen her she just ignored me. Thought that was very rude and got me mad
