Best Western Airport Inn

Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

Disliked: Stayed in the same room 517, over a period of a week while traveling. The shower does not drain and causes to overflow the whole bathroom floor. They have not fixed it

Disliked: Rooms needing alot of work.the second floor hallways floors feels like there falling apart The smell of urine hard core in the shower. Weird smell into the room as you walk in. Carpets need a good cleaning.
