Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

great stay

Liked: Our whole stay was very very good. Our room was freshly renovated. Comfortable beds, well equipped with fridge and microwave, hair dryer, The breakfast room had a huge variety for different tastes.Great experience.
Disliked: no complaints

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Had all amenities needed.
Disliked: Drawers kept opening. Had to prop closed with shoes so I don’t trip over drawers. No screen widows so had to keep closed. Both chairs would not roll on the carpet. Had to drag chair around. Cable tv was crap. Breakfast was poor selection.

All in all the Hotel...

Liked: Quit area lots of restaurants nearby shopping 10 minutes to downtown.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a bit more of a selection. The 4pm check in is kind of late and then you have to check out at 11am. Tried to check in a little earlier but the lady at the desk said I would be charged for early check in. So I cam back later, never had a chance to use the pool. Next time.
