Overall - it was a good experience. 10-15 minutes from the Calgary airport.

Liked: Room was clean. Front desk team was friendly and helpful (though I wonder if first impressions could be stepped up by a little more formal attire ). The shuttle driver who picked me up was exceptionally friendly, warm and yet professional (he is originally from Thailand - he should get a raise). Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Laundry basket heaped high in the hallways - difficult to get by with my own luggage. Coffee packs were not replaced daily. Laundry rooms were wide open to anyone walking by - seemed unprofessional.

Disliked: The shower in the room is very narrow and the position of the shower keys is not the best, in my opinion it should be on the opposite side or move the fixed door to easily access the shower keys.
