Average, neither wonderful nor terrible

Liked: It was fairly clean. Housekeeping does its job well. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Reception stuff is a bit rude. Facility is somewhat rundown. We got a bathroom with cracked countertop.

There are better hotels to...

SC - Navy graduation stay

Liked: It was Central to everything/everywhere we needed. Staff was nice, didnt see too much of them.
Disliked: The room smelled like damp & wet constantly. We had to go to a local walmart & get a few damprid & an air freshener. The covers on the beds and a few towels when we got there were dirty, so we told the staff and put them outside the door as instructed and they were eventually replaced our second day there. Walls on the first floor are super thin, and you can hear everyone in the pool area, even though the door to the pool was closed & so was ours.

Fire that night guy. How...

Liked: The hotel itself was clean and the morning staff was wonderful. She was so kind and took time to listen and write down what we told her for her manager to read. Breakfast was hot and the area was very clean
Disliked: Our room was clean however it stunk so bad of mildew . Assumed that the air conditioning filter hasn’t been changed in a long time. The whole room felt damp including our bedding. I asked the night staff to have an extra blanket and towels and he said “no I don’t want to do that right now”. I was so shocked I was left speechless
