Liked: It was very clean, up to date & close to the baseball stadium.
Disliked: We were informed that there had been car break in’s. That was a little unsettling.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The indoor pool was a plus.
Disliked: the area was a high theft and break in area, and I did not know. while I was doing the check in that was the first thing that the clerk told me after that I didn't feel save leaving my car in the parking lot.

Liked: The front desk is person is very nice. On our last day of stay the front person allowed us to postpone till 12:00 to check out which made it so much easier on our schedule. We are very grateful to that.We booked two rooms, a queen room with two queen beds and a king room. The king room was very nice and spacious.The 24/7 hot water and hot chocolate and filtered drinking water freely accessible were very thoughtful features!The breakfast lady is very professional and warmly welcomed customers. We felt quite welcomed. breakfast items were fresh.
Disliked: Our queen room was a bit small, particularly the bathroom which felt datedThe surrounding area is not as attractive

Liked: Very nice facility. Staff was wonderful. Inside pool and spa, even though we did not use, were an added bonus.
Disliked: see above. Room was spacious and more than we expected. Breakfast looked good, but we did not use.

Liked: The staff is amazing - too bad the bed sheets didn't fit the bed and they had an unpleasant odor.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were not working which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The neighborhood is very sketchy, and they have an issue with feral cats.
