Great experience, ease of travel...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the staff, super friendly, and the shuttle experience to the airport was awesome. We are from Erie and travel through Cleveland a lot. I i feel that my car is in a very safe area and will be as I left it when i get back. It was very easy to get to the airport. Joe, the shuttle driver was great too!

Liked: The room size was great
Disliked: The pillows had yellow stains and the room had little ants everywhere. They said six people to my room. I had six people including myself and five kids. They callled me at 9:45 to put a deposit by 10:30 even though I did so when I first arrived. Bad stay!

Liked: Location- easy to get to, a short drive into the city. Restaurants were nearby.
Disliked: Could use a deep cleaning. Our carpet had a stain. Beds were very firm, towels were scratchy not soft.
