Unplanned but great

Liked: Although I didn't plan the stay (cancelled flight), I felt relaxed and supported through my stay. Reception desk were kind and friendly, airport shuttle (free) great and I also had a nice breakfast to get me started.

Liked: The proximity to the airport
Disliked: The walls are paper-thin, some people were talking loudly at 1 am in some room nearby and this kept us awake the whole time
