Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet area. The restaurant, designed in a charming “Liberty” style, has a lovely aesthetic.
Disliked: I was assigned the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. While I did book a “classic” room that looked “normal” size on the site, I didn’t expect one so cramped that the bed was practically touching the door.What disappointed me most, however, was the cleanliness. The first day, at our return to the hotel, our room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The receptionist, clearly embarrassed, offered us a new room. We had booked two rooms, one of which was quite expensive (over €450 per night), the trash bin in the bathroom, still full with items left by the previous guest, was found at our arrival. Unacceptable.I’ve reached out to management via email, but so far, I haven’t received any response. Overall, I’m not impressed with how the situation has been handled.
