Liked: Overall, the stay was fine. I will say the room smelled terrible, like mildew. There was also blood stains on our sheets. The rest of the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine and the staff member at breakfast was kind and welcoming.
Disliked: I didn’t like the check in staff. She wasn’t very welcoming.

Poor

Disliked: unusable pillows. raggy and stained towels

The room was not ready...

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Booked & paid in advance to sleep for the night while traveling with the family. We got there around 1 a.m. to get some rest and checked in only to find the room had not been cleaned or prepped for the next guest at all. Front desk lady was nice but she couldn’t do anything about it because she had no access to cleaning supplies and the manager was unable to be reached.

Liked: Everyone was super friendly. I especially want to give a shout-out to Skye. She was working the front desk when I had an ask of her. My husband became very ill, and we needed assistance. Skye was amazing. Thank you, Skye, for being so pleasant, understanding, kind, and helpful during that time for us.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great! Super clean, the staff was great and the location was even better; it's right off the highway and the parking lot was very well lit.
Disliked: The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the laundry room. It's a little difficult to do laundry with only 1 washer and dryer. But I'm grateful there was one!

Way overpriced for the accommodation...

Liked: Convenient for overnight travelers.
Disliked: Overpriced room. I guess they know you will pay the price if you’re desperate for a room.
