Disliked: We didn't stay there in the end as their family room was not accessible for my wheelchair bound son as we had requested on booking yet noone contacted us to inform us that they didn't do wheelchair accessible rooms or that the hotel was even wheelchair accessible as it wasnt.

Liked: The Bar area was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: The room was stuffy, with no air conditioning and was unable to open any windows. The floor boards above squeaked all night with people moving above.
