Liked: Location is perfect for a visit to Canterbury. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Free parking available on hotelsite and 10 min. walk to citycentre. Beds were good and bathroom fully renewed and clean. Although the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment, they still serve dinner in the bar area. Food was very tastefull.Communication upfront arrival was good and they mention the refurbishment works going on. But as a guest we didn't hear anything (summerholliday)
Disliked: Airco wasn't working. Rooms were a bit too warm. It was only for one night. so we didnt bother to mention it to tehe staff.Breakfast options (mainly full English breakfast). were limited in a sober area. The soberness doesn't reflect the rest of the hotelvibe.

Six stars upgrade

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite which had everything separate lounge with its own telly settee and fridge, bedroom with super king sized bed wardrobe with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe and complementary dressing gowns. Bathroom with free standing bath and walk-in shower, his and her sinks and a speaker connected to the tv in the bedroom. The room was spotless thanks to Chloe. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from town centre.
