Best Western Abbots Barton Hotel

Pleasant

Liked: Close to Canterbury and had parking.
Disliked: Room given had deluxe window so couldn't open. No air in room. We're there for 4 nights. Others staying one night had better rooms. Breakfast not much choice. Coffee machine awful coffee. Expected better service with Best western

Liked: Very nice newly renovated rooms and plenty of parking. Staff were also very friendly and helpfull
Disliked: It can be a bit hidden to find the entrance to the hotel.

Liked: I had my own personal problem during my stay and I still needed their help.They immediately solved the situation. Fantastic! Excellent customer relations!!
Disliked: The carpet in our room had a stain. It did not ruin our stay though.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We rang in advance as there were so many different rooms available... we chose one that had been refurbished. It was immaculate! Loved having a bath too.Excellent location.Huge shout out to Will on reception, he was extremely polite and helpful.
Disliked: Couldn't fault it at all

Very unsettled night due to...

Disliked: Wafer thin walls, could hear every sound in adjoining room and felt very uncomfortable. Do not understand how a hotel can operate like this
