Breakfast good

Liked: Breakfast was great. It had many options for everyone
Disliked: The staff was not pleasant at the check in.I booked 4 rooms for 16 people, but their records said 14, and there was a lot of argument to finally let us in. Keep in Mind this check in was at 4 in the morning the check in and the check out was at 9 am

The room AC didn’t work...

Liked: Room size, cleanliness, location
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working despite being listed among the room’s amenities, resulting in a sleepless night during the unbearably muggy heat of the Turin summer.
