Disappointing stay in beautiful Turin

Liked: The room was fine but the bathroom is in desperate need of being redone. The shower, toilet and basin were awful.The breakfast was really very good, staff attentive and professional. The staff particularly stood out as they were friendly and attended to all our needs. Excellent.The location is excellent.
Disliked: The front of office staff are not very friendly and weren’t very knowledgable. . They seem to be part time and not customer friendly or interested in their job.Our stay was very expensive compared to regular rates and when we questioned this we were dismissively informed that rates are “variable”

Good value for money

Liked: The room was so clean. The breakfast products were of a good quality.
Disliked: My only comment is that I don't think that the hotel should have a 4 star rating. I would rather give it a 3 star rating.
