Liked: The hotel is very well located, with easy walking access to the main tourist spots. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I traveled alone and felt very safe and comfortable enjoying the city.

Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value. Unfortunately the room I stayed in (201) was very noisy. I could hear everything from the room next door.

Good location comfortable city hotel

Liked: 2 mins walk away from Porta Nuova station; 10 min walk away from Piazza Castello & main central tourist sights. Supermarket opposite & main shopping district round the corner . So location was excellent. Rooms were clean; modern ; spacious and v comfortable .
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t on - it was unusually warm when I was there in April but couldn’t get air con - and it got v hot indeed. The lifts are v old fashioned and small - only one person can get in at a time . And WI-FI was terrible. Could not get on it at all in my room - (214 in case you’re wondering) - had to sit outside my room on the stairs or go down to reception to use Wi-Fi. Very irritating- as the hotel says Wi-Fi is available everywhere.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is absolutely wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfy.
Disliked: The wifi in the rooms was weak.
