Disappointing

Liked: The room size was good
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to pay double as apparently they can't access the booking.com paymentSo even though I showed them the payment going through my bank we couldn't stay unless we paid again It's now 6 days later and we still have not received our money back.

Good option for a short-term...

Liked: Perfect place for a short stay of a single traveller. Hotel is situated in the city centre, within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum. In the neighbourhoud there are several neat cafes and a newly opened supermarket with large selection of the food to go.

Liked: The location is superb - close to the train station, restaurants and old town.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Bread could have been tastier crustier - was bland

Ideal base for a short...

Liked: We have stayed here on several occasions over the past decade, and it is absolutely reliable. Nothing flashy, but provides everything I want for a short stay in Turin, with excellent access to railway and airport. And the hamburger joint on the ground is the best I know anywhere in the world!
