Liked: Nice and cozy and room is clean and organized.
Disliked: I was not asked if I wanted the first floor or the second floor but I was automatically put on the second floor which is totally fine, but I like to have a choice at least

Liked: Everything was nice and comfortable so far so good.
Disliked: That they don't have a better breakfast selection but hey, who am I! What, a customer.

A couple of alterations should take place other than that great place!

Liked: I like that they check in and check out process is the same and easy.
Disliked: The TV in my room did not work when it came to the remote control and I asked for at least a discount. I was told no, that we're going to be put in another room. This is while I was in bed already comfy and about ready to go to sleep due to the long day I had. What makes things worse is that the room that we were put in the bed was so sunken in I was very close to just flipping over the mattress but left it alone and went to sleep. Waking up the next morning regretting that I did not do so. My situation, my emotions etc. were not taking into consideration. Not to mention the customer service was not A+ service B+ or C+. When the average customer service that I usually get from the front desk is a B-
