Liked: Nothing!!!!!! Staff is rude careless and unprofessional. Also a liar.
Disliked: everything! And I am real easy to please lol. I don't expect luxury when I travel I just want a safe quiet place to relax. This is not that place. There are no restaurants close by or restaurants you literally have to get in your car and drive 10 to 15 minutes to get anywhere else. When you walk up to the property it looks like it used to be in America's Best value Inn and that they just crossed out the America and value part leaving Best Inn. It's clear to me that the owners of this motel just want your money and they don't care about your happiness or satisfaction. I went out of my way to book a specific smoking room at this hotel. I booked it directly on the website and it stated it is a smoking room. When I get there the guy tells me that none of their rooms are smoking but I can smoke outside. Since I smoke for a medical condition, and I have to be wary of my lungs, I have to smoke out of a bong because it filters the water and it makes it a lot smoother and less harsh. I can't smoke a blunt out on the green outside I can't be discreet or quiet about it I need a specific smoking room so I can relax without worrying about people looking at me. I saw that there was a large family of like 12 people sharing one room that looked filthy and I specifically asked if I can't smoke in the room please don't put me right next to this large family. What does the guy do he puts me right next to that large family. Everything along the walls all of the maintenance units and HVAC stuff have open holes very easy for bugs to get through. I didn't even sleep in the bed based on the reviews. I slept on the bed on top of a dirty old blanket that I didn't care about that I put in for my car. Then the parking lot is all dirt there's like 20 potholes on the way out one of my cars tires got a flat and I had to spend an extra 3 hours in town trying to find someone to fix it or patch it up!!! Honestly booking.

Disliked: I'll put it this way: if you have nowhere else to stay, which I didn't because I got stranded in real bad weather when it was past dark, then this will do. Otherwise, I'll recommend finding another location. Also, WIFI in my room didn't work.

Disappointed

Liked: Poorly maintained, and the heat with no adjustment had to turn on the air conditioning to get the heat level down. There was hole in the wall and one light in the room, and a lot of the sockets didn’t work.
