I definitely will be returning...

Liked: The rooms are very clean and spacious. I love that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The a/c worked so great the whole stay. Across the street from both knotts and Soak City.
Disliked: I have no complaints at all. It was the best place to stay so far

Not going back

Liked: It used to be better a few years ago.. not anymore
Disliked: Never got maid service, ran out of toilet paper

Comfortable stay

Liked: Second time staying at this location and I would say it’s worth it, it felt safe and it was perfect distance from Knotts. This hotel was a tad bit tinier than our last room we had in the past but was still a comfortable stay for ours Knotts trip.
Disliked: The AC wasn’t working properly but it was due to a lot of dirt in the filter, hopefully they can clean that out for all hotel rooms. This hotel room wasn’t very spacious.If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting the top floor. I never had any issues sleeping on the top floor, but when I had the bottom floor, I couldn’t sleep after hearing every single footstep. This was only something that bugged me since I’m an extremely light sleeper.

Disliked: Everything was perfect

Great price and walking distance...

Liked: Short 5 minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm GREAT AC.
Disliked: Property was out dated. Family suite was in the very back next to stairwell. Very loud at night and walls were thin. Sounded as if someone was living in stairwell at night.
