I was nervous when we first drove to the hotel. It looks a little "run down" on the outside. The rooms were very clean and remodeled with new carpet. Room was spacious with a desk, small fridge and cabinet. The staff was very friendly and brought me an iron since irons aren't standard in the rooms. It was very close to the Stiefel Theater which was a bonus - will stay here again.

Liked: Newly remodeled rooms.
Disliked: Outside of building.

The room was really nice for the price. The bed was comfortable. Had extra pillows already on the bed. I usually pack mine because the opposite is true in most cases. Stayed overnight for a concert and had a good time.

I will definitely stay again...

Liked: Customer service was excellent! Our room was SPOTLESS! It was affordable and I was pleasantly surprised!
Disliked: The parking! But, what can you do? Move the building?!? The stay made up for the parking!

Decent place to stay. No...

Liked: Room was clearly new & clean.
Disliked: The pillows were like rocks. And no breakfast. They offer coffee in small cups without any lids.
