Disliked: En-suite room , was a shower and sink , the toilet is shared . Very loud family with young kids running around corridor till gone midnight . Building work being carried out in the hotel till 10pm . I found 3 bags with drugs in , handed in to reception desk. Smell of weed in hotel . Room was filthy , on the floor I found a cigarette butt , moisturiser tube , nurophen tablet and a battery . Shower plug hole was full of hair(unusable for a human ) . Blood on bedsheets . I took photos . I didn’t pull back bed sheets !. Slept fully clothed on top of covers after trying to contact booking.com to complain /get refund .Probably should have slept in my van . Oh and Tv plug didn’t reach socket to plug it in . Basically felt like a homeless shelter . I’ve stayed in 4/5 hotels around Ilford recently similar cost , this one’s worst by a mile .

Disliked: The hotel was so dirty and disgusting and very loud I wasn't able to sleep at all because of the noise. I booked a room with shared bathroom and was disgusting I didn't use but i saw someone was vomiting in the sink. Very dirty hotel I'm not recommended at all.

Disliked: The moment we entered full cigarettes smell even though there is a no smoking board all over. Windows are not closing, bathroom lock is broken. Flush don’t work after one use.

Disliked: exposed cabling dirty furniture lack of cleaning staff change room due to stale food and cups in wardrobe
