Disliked: Very rundown; old decor; falling down curtain rod; bedding with cigarette burns

Nasty room

Liked: Just the lady that checked us in and took payment. The rest was terrible.
Disliked: The room was horrible, nasty, sheets, comforter was nasty. Floor was nasty and bathroom was terrible we had to go buy sheets and a spread just to sleep and we checked out 2 1/2 hours early.

Disliked: My room was not clean when I first got there.And my last night there cops were there no one did anything about the loud guest disturbing people were fighting and slamming things.I did not like that my door did not close all the way.

This motel, especially room 204,...

Liked: The check-in lady was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room heater was quite.
Disliked: Normally I say that all I need is a good bed, a TV and a decent shower but that wasn't the case with the Best Budget Inn. * To start our room "204" was filthy. The wood floor was so dirty that you could see footprints in the dust and the bottom of our feet were black. * I didn't request a smoking room but the smoke smell was so intense that you could smell it in your hair the next morning. * The quilted bedspread on the first bed had at least 10 cigarette burns in it, some completely through the bedspread, and the fitted mattress sheet had a black magic marker scribble around 6 inches in diameter and a 1 inch tear next to it. Someone had to put this bedspread and sheet on the bed and it was very, very noticeable. * The curtain rod was bent down and the drapes weren't as wide as the window. * The bath towels very so dirty that one looked like it had been used as a bathmat on the dirty floor and then refolded and put on the towel rack. * The toilet in the bathroom was loose and rocked when used. * The room was quite through most of the night but at 5:30 the next morning a person just outside of our window, talking in a foreign language, was so loud that it woke both the wife and I. Then at 6:30 the garbage truck was making its pickup and woke us both again. I do understand that this is not the motels fault but it still was part of our stay experience.I hope these comments help make the Best Budget Inn a better place for the next people that stay there.
