The worst experience. No one...

Liked: Nothing. Horrible location, lots of homeless near bye. Dangerous location, do not stay here.
Disliked: The room had bugs, we were itching the next day and at night. The refrigerator was so cheap it made noise all night. To make it worst, they charged me twice. When I got back home and noticed the mistake I called the hotel and the lady who answered accused me of being rude and that was a lie. I called back and they would not answer the phone. I had to call back from a private line. That shows they were hiding. The manager said" when you are rude things don't get resolved, there is nothing I can do. You can report me and do whatever you want and he hung up the phone". What ever happened to good customer service??? The person was not fair or neutral. He took his employees side (probably she was a family member). The person in charge was unreasonable and went off on me. He didn't let me explain my side. They steal your money.
