Not as nice as expected...

Liked: Staff very nice and place looked clean.
Disliked: The tv didnt work in 1st room, so upgraded to kingsize room. The tv still didnt work for rest of our stay in new room. The floor tiles were all loose and kept pinching our feet when walking in bathroom. Furniture very dated.

Liked: room was clean but very dated.bathroom clean .the cooked breakfast was good.
Disliked: breakfast was a complete mash up,bowls were provided for the cereal, as was milk and orange juice ,but there were no glasses for the juice. tea, coffee was provided in sachets such as you have in your room, first hotel we ever stayed in that doesn;t provide a pot of tea or coffee for breakfast, you made your own toast but had to ask for a plate. we have stayed in many hotels in wales of all grades as we visit family in merthyr . this is definetly the worst.

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size and clean,the shower was good.
Disliked: I woke up at 07:15 due to creaking floorboards. Someone was in the next room walking around like if they were on a sponsored walk and the noise from the floorboards was terrible, you would have thought that they were in the same room as us The TV didn't work and the tea cups were very small.

Liked: Fantastic value for money especially for what it offers. Plus parking, hot breakfast and easy access to mountains, countryside and coast.
Disliked: Fir the money, nothing
