Liked: My 2nd time staying and it's just ideal location,price was great,facilities were spot on and the food is just incredible 10/10 for me and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Average unfortunately

Liked: Used this as a last minute stay, due to the location being close enough to the Brecon Beacons to get there in the morning. It did the job as far as we had a room with beds to sleep in for the night. The hotel in general is quite dated, but clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food so can't comment on it. Unfortunately there were a few things that weren't great.
Disliked: The door didn't have a lock the worked and the safety chain was missing. The floor in every room is incredibly creaky, so if anyone is moving around in their room you can hear it, making sleeping difficult. The doors all slam shut which very disturbing when guests come back to their rooms late.

Liked: Great hotel in a lovely location, exactly what you pay for, a nice clean room with a double bed and bathroom. Not the style you'd probably have in your own home but if you can look past a colour scheme you're golden. the bed is comfy and the staff are excellent so what more can you ask for! Can't review the food as I didn't try anything but the stuff provided in the room like tea, coffee were nice and the kettle was very clean.
Disliked: TV was very small and old so couldn't connect my phone or use netflix on it, I didn't need it anyways so wasn't a concern. Not sure if this is the case in every room of course.
